SHIPPING METHODS

The products are not ready for delivery. We need 2-4 days to complete the manufacture of the product always in consultation with the customer when it comes to a custom made product.

· For Patras and Suburbs by means of our own transport.

· For the rest of Greece by courier. We warn that there may be delays from the courier companies during the Christmas and Easter seasons.

· With transport agency for large volume or weight orders.

Product returns

Due to the nature of the products, where the majority of them are personalized, we do not accept returns, but you have the right to return other products that you have purchased and request their replacement, in the cases where, with proven fault of the "Company", wrong products or products of poor quality have been sold and defective quality (wrong order received, billing, shipping, damaged in transit, poorly packaged, etc.).

When returning, the products must be returned in perfect condition, in the condition received by the customer, complete and undamaged, and the packaging of the product must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in perfect condition.

Before returning the product, we always try to find a solution to the problem before we end up with the return, always with a good mood and intention on the part of the company, which reaches the hands of the customer to leave him completely satisfied.

Seasonal items can only be exchanged or returned before the end of the respective holiday season.

In any case, the return and replacement is possible under the following conditions:
